What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal (American Express & Discover through PayPal), Visa & Mastercard.

We are PayPal verified.  Visa and Mastercard are secure locked through Authorized Net.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Most Items will ship within 2 - 5 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Any product purchased with a billing or shipping address in North Carolina will incur a 8.75% sales tax.

Why do my shipping charges change when I change my order?

In order to bring you the best product pricing, we have multiple wholesalers and shipping charges vary among products.  Some items have free shipping while others incur a shipping charge. 

Can I ship to a different address?

Yes.  All products will be shipped to the shipping address entered on the order. This address must be within the 48 continental states.  You can also ship to FPO or APO addresses, however no refunds or returns will be authorized for these products.

Where can I ship my products?

We ship to the 48 continental states.  We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.  We will ship to FPO or APO addresses but no refunds or returns will be authorized for these addresses.

Yes. Our site is hosted on secure servers and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection.
